During the Planning Phase, we engage with you to define your target audience personas, needs and challenges. We set Performance Objectives (POs) using SMART criteria and apply Bloom’s Taxonomy to identify Learning Objectives (LOs), fostering higher-order thinking. We create and validate a detailed topic map with SMEs. Using a blended learning approach, we select learning formats like eModules, videos, job aids, and facilitator-led sessions.
Finally, we assign topics to formats to obtain the Learning Content Plan, for a cohesive and varied learner experience.
In the Production Phase, we transform plans into high-quality learning deliverables. Our expert writers collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content, enhanced with multimedia elements. Scenario-based learning activities provide real-world context. Each deliverable is tailored to its learning format, ensuring consistency and branding.
We create summative and optional adaptive quizzes to assess and personalize learning, ensuring effective and engaging training.
We use an iterative feedback process with clients, including optional pilot testing.
The Deployment Phase ensures all learning deliverables are integrated and learners are engaged and supported. For bespoke programs, which are client-implemented deliverables, we prepare Learning Management System (LMS) uploads and document it in an Excel sheet, which is validated by the client. We export deliverables in LMS-compatible formats, and create learning paths. We provide ongoing support and can collect feedback and continuously improve the training.
