The HubCare story began in 2016, but our journey started long before that. Prior to founding HubCare, we worked in the pharmaceutical industry, where we saw firsthand the pain points companies face when working with external vendors.
We identified three key pain points.
First, internal teams spent excessive time explaining their context, history, and needs to external agencies, only to receive deliverables that didn’t fully match their expectations.
Second, because agencies lacked deep understanding of business needs, internal teams often had to redo much of the work themselves.
Third, while marketing projects received substantial funding, areas like learning, internal communication, and behavior change were often underfunded, making high-quality execution difficult.
